Adapt Integrated Health Care is an Oregon-based health organization with over 50 years of service providing patient-centered primary care, behavioral health care, and prevention services. The organization operates multiple locations across southwest Oregon including Roseburg, Bandon, Brookings, Gold Beach, Grants Pass, North Bend, Port Orford, Reedsport, and Winston. Services include primary care (family medicine, behavioral medicine, mobile medical clinic), psychiatric services (transcranial magnetic stimulation, ketamine, functional and integrative psychiatry consultations), mental health services (mobile crisis, walk-in crisis services, case management, individual and group counseling, youth wraparound, forensic mental health services, assertive community treatment, early assessment and support, IPS supported employment), and addiction services (rapid access, sobering center, detoxification, adult and youth residential programs, opioid treatment program, adult and youth outpatient services, problem gambling treatment, and community outreach). No one is denied access to services due to inability to pay, with a discounted sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
