Legacy Human Services, Inc. is a non-profit provider of Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Residential Services for adults in Vance, Granville, Warren, and Franklin Counties in North Carolina. The organization has been providing services for 50 years and was formed in 2021 from a merger of Alliance Rehabilitative Care, Inc. and D.D. Residential Services, Inc. Legacy Human Services operates eight modern group homes and provides services through MCO contracts with Vaya, Partners, Trillium, and Alliance. All homes are licensed by the NC Department of Health and Human Services. The organization emphasizes individualized, person-centered programming that focuses on skill building, choice, community involvement, and independence for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities.
