Alamo Area Resource Center (AARC) was founded in 1990 to assist people living with HIV/AIDS and now serves as one of the leading primary LGBTQ+ social service and health organizations in San Antonio and surrounding counties. AARC provides a full spectrum of services including primary care, HIV specialty care, sexual health services, gender-affirming care, HIV-STI testing, PrEP/PEP, case management, early intervention, behavioral health, housing services, transportation services, and health insurance assistance.
