Alchemy Addiction Recovery

Alchemy Addiction Recovery, formerly known as ACER, LLC, has provided intensive outpatient detox and addiction treatment services since 2004 to the Northshore (Slidell, Pearl River, Lacombe) and Southshore (Metairie, New Orleans, Chalmette) communities in South-East Louisiana. The practice offers compassionate, personalized outpatient care grounded in acceptance, mindfulness, and connection. Services include intensive outpatient programming, detoxification and withdrawal management, family counseling through their Family RISE program, specialized treatment for pregnant women across all trimesters, and a year-long aftercare program. Same-day rapid screenings are available to minimize wait time between referral and admission. The organization is a Medicaid application center and partners with Tulane University and LSU School of Medicine for clinical training.
