Alcohol and Drug Services (ADS) is a local non-profit organization that provides prevention and treatment services to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder. ADS offers a range of outpatient treatment programs for adults meeting diagnostic criteria for substance use disorder, including Basic Outpatient Counseling, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and specialized Opioid Treatment Programs. The ADS Opioid Treatment Program is a highly specialized program that incorporates medication-assisted therapy with ongoing outpatient counseling. ADS also provides Prevention and Early Intervention Services aimed at preventing and delaying the onset of substance use among young people. The organization serves veterans as part of the VA's Community Care Network and offers buprenorphine (Subutex) medication-assisted treatment for eligible individuals, including daily on-site dosing and intensive outpatient individual and group counseling.
