APIA (Aleutian Pribilof Islands Association) is a community organization based in Anchorage, Alaska that provides behavioral health services and support to the Unangax (Aleut) people. The organization offers comprehensive services including primary care, behavioral health services, and support for mental health conditions such as depression and seasonal affective disorder. APIA operates under a mission to promote self-sufficiency and independence of the Unangan/Unangas communities, assist in meeting health, safety, and well-being needs, promote unity, and strengthen and preserve Unangax cultural heritage.
