All Care Health Center Main

All Care Health Center is a community health center with three locations in Council Bluffs, Iowa: the Main Clinic at 902 South 6th Street, Florence M. Lakin Health Center at 1415 Avenue J, and a Mobile Medical Clinic that travels to six Council Bluffs Community School District locations. The center provides comprehensive services for all ages including medical care from checkups to ongoing care, behavioral health services for stress, anxiety, depression, and substance use, dental services, on-site pharmacy with free delivery, radiology, and access services including food, housing, and resources. They offer free transportation to appointments and interpretation services in Spanish and 60+ languages. The center serves people experiencing homelessness and accepts sliding fee scale payments based on income. They facilitate insurance enrollment and provide free DBT groups and relapse prevention groups for recovery support.
