The organization was formed as a 501(c)(3) in 2013 to support the Fourth Judicial District Drug Recovery Court and Veterans Treatment Court. They address addiction to drugs and alcohol and co-occurring mental health issues, believing successful healing must address the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The organization is a State of Tennessee licensed treatment provider. They partner with various community agencies and receive funding through the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and private foundations.
